Sister Mary Charles is probably my favorite teacher from St. Cecilia.  I remember sixth grade; our classroom was the former "kindergarten room."  It still had the black cat clock on the wall.  I remember Sister Mary Charles as kind and soft-spoken and very caring.  What a shame there weren't more nuns like her.  I don't remember her ever belittling anyone in class or ever raising her voice to us.  And she had a beautiful smile and soft hands.  But I can't remember any specific incidents about her.
